INFORMATION GATHERED ON HOSTRUNWAY WEB SITE

Any information collected by Hostrunway, at its web site from customers and/or prospective customers, will be used for communicating with the customer or prospective customer, as the case may be. Any financial information collected from the customers during an Order Process shall be used to verify customer identity, credit worthiness and also for billing purposes for the services ordered and/or rendered.

Hostrunway may collect and store related information such as Website visitors' IP address, date and time of visits, transcripts of the Live Help sessions, etc. This information may be used to gather statistical information as well as to maintain records relating to order validation, fraud prevention, etc.

INFORMATION GATHERED BY EMAIL AND OTHER CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

Hostrunway may collect and retain information received from Customers and prospective customers via emails and other means of communication with Hostrunway. Also Hostrunway may collect and maintain information provided to Hostrunway by customers during Customer Service and/or Technical Support incidents.

INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION

Any customer information collected by Hostrunway will not be divulged to any unrelated third party. Hostrunway may share customer’s and prospective customer’s information with Hostrunway’s partners and vendors in connection with its normal course of business. It is Hostrunway’s policy to protect customer’s financial information by using reasonable, commercially available methods. However, Hostrunway may share customer information as described below:

Advertisers:

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Agents:

We engage other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments, providing marketing assistance, providing customer services, sending postal mail and email to you, removing repetitive information from customer lists, and analyzing data. These persons have access to personal information needed to perform their functions. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information that you provide to Hostrunway, for any secondary purposes.

Business Transfer:

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or their assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, if Hostrunway or all or substantially all of its assets were ever to be acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Compliance:

We release account and other personal information when in order to comply with law; enforce or apply our Services Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Hostrunway, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Partners:

We partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

Recurring Payment Authorization Terms and Conditions

Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking and E-Sign Consent: By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Hostrunway LLC, (“Service Provider”) to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account that you have specified in the payment plan setup process each month or as per billing cycle in the amount designated in the payment plan setup process.

You agree that the payment card specified by you for automatic monthly payments to the Service Provider is, and will continue to be an account that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit or sufficient funds in the account linked to your debit card, net banking, as applicable, to pay your designated amount. The automatic monthly charge or as per billing cycle to your credit card or debit to your debit card account will occur on or after the due date specified by the Contract/In Service plan setup process.

These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your recurring payment authorization to Hostrunway LLC. Please print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for your records.

You can cancel your recurring payment authorization only by contacting the Service Provider by email or notifying the Service Provider in writing at address on the Statement or as provided in the email. Your request to cancel your recurring payment authorization must be received by the Service Provider at least three business days before the designated due date for the month in which your request is made. If your cancellation request is submitted after this time, the cancellation will not take effect until the following billing cycle for your statement. If you cancel your recurring payment authorization, you will then be responsible for taking the appropriate action to pay your bill in full on or before the statement due date.

HIPAA PRIVACY PRACTICE NOTICE

Hostrunway's have partnership whith globally data centers and provides various services related to data storage.

This Privacy Practice Notice is a general notice to all persons who interact with the Data Centers of Hostrunway. Any person who interacts with Hostrunway Data Centers is deemed to be aware of the Privacy and Information Security practices of Hostrunway as relevant to them and shall be bound by such policies.

It is presumed that all legal processes are followed by the users in collecting such information and using the services of Hostrunway for storing or processing such information in any manner using the resources of Hostrunway. Hostrunway shall not be resposile for any contravention of law by the service users in collecting and processing such information, and shall be fully indemnified of all liabilities arising therefrom.

In its usual course of activity , Hostrunway does not have intelligible access to such information and hence does not have knowledge of the nature of the data. Information that is stored in the data center resources are managed by Hostrunway under a strict Information Security Policy that is set to the standards expected under Information Technology Act 2000/8 and in the case of individually identifiable health information, to the standards suggested by HIPAA, HITECH Act of USA.

Additionally, Hostrunway practices a Strict Privacy Policy to protect the privacy of Information that flows through its IT resources, meant to preserve the Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Authentication and Non Repudiation of information.

The Privacy and Information Security Policy of Hostrunway also incorporates a Information Security Incident Management Policy, a Sanction Policy, A data Breach Notification Policy and Data Disclosure Policy, details of which may be made available on need basis to persons who are stakeholders to this Privacy Practice Notice.
